Roland Henin, CMC, is Delaware North Companies' corporate chef and oversees company operations at ballparks, state and national parks, entertainment destinations and airports worldwide. He is one of roughly 60 master chefs in the United States and is a renowned culinary coach. In 2008, he coached five Delaware North chefs at the Culinary Olympics in Erfurt, Germany. Acclaimed Chef Thomas Keller credits Henin with being his mentor. Henin is capable of speaking on culinary trends, restaurant operations and culinary competitions.
